Overall, there is simply nothing to complain about during my nice stay at El Guis Hostel. the cool room was a great vacation base for traveling to Balgue and exploring the local places. the location is really close to all the great things to see in Balgüe, including the center, Maderas volcano, Finca Magdalena, and the charming cafes in town.

We got amazing value for our money at El Guis. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. The location was perfect, giving us a real local experience with plenty of food options nearby. The staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to help us with tours and transportation.
The breakfast option could have been improved with a wider selection of dishes.
